Jeho 5 895 metr\u016f nadmo\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ky je v\u00fdzvou pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho dobrodruha. V\u00fdstup na n\u011bj nen\u00ed snadn\u00fd, velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 aklimatizace, odm\u011bna na z\u00e1v\u011br v\u00fdstupu na Kilimand\u017e\u00e1ro ale rozhodn\u011b stoj\u00ed za to. V\u00fdhled z okraje kr\u00e1teru za sv\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed spole\u010dn\u011b okoln\u00edmi ledovcov\u00fdmi a sn\u011bhov\u00fdmi poli nab\u00edz\u00ed jeden z&nbsp;nejkr\u00e1sn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1\u017eitk\u016f pro v\u0161echny milovn\u00edky hor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdstup na Kilimand\u017e\u00e1ro za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v&nbsp;tepl\u00fdch de\u0161tn\u00fdch pralesech na spodn\u00edch svaz\u00edch n\u00e1rodn\u00edho parku ve v\u00fd\u0161k\u00e1ch nad 2&nbsp;000 metr\u016f. Kdy\u017e se ke\u0159e a v\u0159esy p\u0159em\u011bn\u00ed ve v\u00fd\u0161k\u00e1ch bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00edch se 4&nbsp;000 metr\u016f na horsk\u00e9 polopou\u0161t\u011b a pou\u0161t\u011b, m\u016f\u017ee se st\u00e1t dal\u0161\u00ed stoup\u00e1n\u00ed skute\u010dnou v\u00fdzvou. V&nbsp;5 500 metrech je atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fd tlak polovi\u010dn\u00ed ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s&nbsp;polohami u mo\u0159e. Mozku u\u017e znateln\u011b chyb\u00ed kysl\u00edk a \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l v\u00edc lid\u00ed poci\u0165uje bolesti hlavy a nevolnosti. Ve v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech m\u016f\u017eou nastat i hor\u0161\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V&nbsp;tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se pokus\u00edme shrnout, jak m\u00edrn\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee co nejl\u00e9pe zvl\u00e1dnout, hor\u0161\u00edm pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edm se vyhnout a jak se zachovat, pokud k&nbsp;nim p\u0159eci jen dojde.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se budete \u0159\u00eddit z\u00e1sadami spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravy a aklimatizace p\u0159i va\u0161em v\u00fdstupu na Kilimand\u017e\u00e1ro, pak je riziko v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed relativn\u011b mal\u00e9 a pro zdrav\u00e9 dosp\u011bl\u00e9 lidi akceptovateln\u00e9. Rozhodn\u011b se ale nevyplat\u00ed spr\u00e1vnou aklimatizaci podcenit a o\u0161idit. Dal\u0161\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 projevy jsou ale v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>P\u00e1smo se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem 3&nbsp;300\u20134&nbsp;000 m n. m.: <\/strong>V&nbsp;t\u011bchto v\u00fd\u0161k\u00e1ch u\u017e je t\u0159eba \u0159e\u0161it aklimatizaci. Pokud se jedn\u00e1 o jednodenn\u00ed v\u00fdstup s&nbsp;n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm sestupem do ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch poloh, nen\u00ed to obvykle \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 p\u00e1smo 4&nbsp;000\u20136&nbsp;000m n. m.: <\/strong>Oblast, ve kter\u00e9 je u\u017e velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 aklimatizace. Neaklimatizovan\u00ed jedinci mohou trp\u011bt i hor\u0161\u00edmi projevy horsk\u00e9 nemoci. V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 aklimatizace je to ale oblast, kde se d\u00e1 setrv\u00e1vat dlouhodob\u011b. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 na sv\u011bt\u011b \u017eij\u00ed v&nbsp;tomto p\u00e1smu trvale, a to i ve v\u00fd\u0161k\u00e1ch a\u017e do 5&nbsp;000 m n. m. Tito lid\u00e9 maj\u00ed v&nbsp;krvi mnohem v\u00edce \u010derven\u00fdch krvinek, ne\u017e lid\u00e9 \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed v&nbsp;b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch v\u00fd\u0161k\u00e1ch. Toto p\u00e1smo je nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, do kter\u00e9ho se m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159i v\u00fdstupu na Kilimand\u017e\u00e1ro dostat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Velmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 p\u00e1smo 6&nbsp;000\u20138&nbsp;000 m n. m.:<\/strong>&nbsp;p\u00e1smo, ve kter\u00e9m ji\u017e dlouhodob\u00fd pobyt lid\u00ed nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00fd z&nbsp;d\u016fvodu trval\u00e9ho negativn\u00edho vlivu na organismus. Ta m\u016f\u017ee v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b podcen\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsobit i v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my a v&nbsp;extr\u00e9mn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b i smrt. Co proti n\u00ed d\u011blat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Horsk\u00e1 nemoc nen\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdmi viry \u010di bakteriemi a nen\u00ed tedy nemoc\u00ed v&nbsp;klasick\u00e9m pojet\u00ed. Naz\u00fdv\u00e1 se tak souhrn ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch zdravotn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f vyskytuj\u00edc\u00edch se ve velk\u00fdch nadmo\u0159sk\u00fdch v\u00fd\u0161k\u00e1ch. Vznik\u00e1 kv\u016fli zhor\u0161en\u00e9mu z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla kysl\u00edkem v&nbsp;d\u016fsledku poklesu tlaku vzduchu (kysl\u00edku) ve vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nadmo\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0158ada cestovatel\u016f nebere horskou nemoc p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 v\u00e1\u017en\u011b. Myln\u011b se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o z\u00e1le\u017eitost pouze himal\u00e1jsk\u00fdch velehor. Ov\u0161em tyto domn\u011bnky nejsou pravdiv\u00e9. U\u017e ve v\u00fd\u0161k\u00e1ch nad \u010dty\u0159i tis\u00edce metr\u016f nad mo\u0159em je t\u0159eba s&nbsp;horskou nemoc\u00ed po\u010d\u00edtat a sna\u017eit se j\u00ed p\u0159edch\u00e1zet a minimalizovat jej\u00ed projevy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aklimatizace na nadmo\u0159skou v\u00fd\u0161ku<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka m\u016f\u017ee p\u016fsobit nadmo\u0159sk\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka rozd\u00edln\u011b, jsou ale ur\u010dit\u00e1 obecn\u00e1 pravidla, kter\u00fdch by se m\u011bli v\u0161ichni dr\u017eet. Pokud p\u0159i va\u0161em v\u00fdstupu na Kilimand\u017e\u00e1ro pl\u00e1nujete doj\u00edt a\u017e na vrchol ve v\u00fd\u0161ce 5&nbsp;895 m, pak je t\u0159eba riziko v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e9 nemoci \u0159e\u0161it p\u0159edem. T\u011blo je t\u0159eba na tuto v\u00fd\u0161ku p\u0159ipravit \u2013 <strong>aklimatizovat ho<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pravidla aklimatizace<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aklimatizace je <strong>postupn\u00e9<\/strong> p\u0159ivyk\u00e1n\u00ed organismu na velkou nadmo\u0159skou v\u00fd\u0161ku a men\u0161\u00ed obsah kysl\u00edku ve vzduchu. \u010c\u00edm pomaleji budete stoupat do vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nadmo\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ky, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe na ni va\u0161e t\u011blo p\u0159iprav\u00edte a v\u00fdstup si u\u017eijete bez v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee nadmo\u0159sk\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka b\u011bhem prvn\u00ed noci p\u0159i v\u00fdstupu by nem\u011bla b\u00fdt vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e cca 3 500 m n. m. V\u00fd\u0161ky n\u00e1sledn\u00fdch nocleh\u016f se pak maj\u00ed zvy\u0161ovat maxim\u00e1ln\u011b o cca 500 metr\u016f za den. Je t\u0159eba br\u00e1t ohled na dostupn\u00e9 kempy a pl\u00e1novanou d\u00e9lku v\u00fdstupu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po prvn\u00ed noci ve v\u00fd\u0161ce nad 3&nbsp;000 metr\u016f, pokud to \u010das a rozpo\u010det dovol\u00ed, je pro co nejlep\u0161\u00ed aklimatizaci vhodn\u00e9 v\u017edy po dal\u0161\u00edch vystoupan\u00fdch 1 000 v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00fdch metrech za\u0159adit do programu jednodenn\u00ed p\u0159est\u00e1vku, b\u011bhem kter\u00e9 se nadmo\u0159sk\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka m\u00edsta noclehu nezv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed. Ov\u0161em treky v&nbsp;Alp\u00e1ch ve v\u00fd\u0161ce nad 3&nbsp;000 metr\u016f t\u00fdden nebo n\u011bkolik m\u00e1lo t\u00fddn\u016f p\u0159ed odletem mohou b\u00fdt velmi vhodnou rozcvi\u010dkou a zah\u00e1j\u00ed se t\u00edm i proces aklimatizace, kter\u00fd vydr\u017e\u00ed a\u017e do odletu a pak m\u016f\u017ee dob\u0159e pokra\u010dovat po p\u0159\u00edletu do Tanzanie a zah\u00e1jen\u00ed v\u00fdstupu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1sady, jak p\u0159edej\u00edt horsk\u00e9 nemoci<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cho\u010fte pomalu a vytrvale. Je to lep\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e rychl\u00fd postup s&nbsp;p\u0159est\u00e1vkami. M\u016f\u017ee to vypadat jako by byl siln\u011b opil\u00fd.
